Ngapali Beach is the most attractive and unspoiled sea resort amongst country's beaches. It is located about 10km southwest of Thandwe (Sandoway), within reach by an hour domestic flight from Yangon. Thandwe was once an important port town of Indian merchants from Malay Peninsula.
